Exchange & Return Policy

  • Exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition.
  • Manufacturing defects: within 30 days.
  • The invoice is required, and the item must have its label and be in its original condition (not used, perfumed or washed).
  • Store purchases are exchanged at the same branch.
  • Cash purchases are refunded in cash; card purchases are refunded to the same card with the original card slip.
  • No exchange or return on cosmetics, accessories, underwear, swimwear, leggings and basics.
